Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
2.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum amount to deposit at ek996 is ৳500. We only accept payments through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds deposited into the account must come from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay and will be sent to the number linked to the identity used on the account.
Before making a withdrawal request, ensure your wagering requirement has been met. Withdrawals cannot be processed if wagering is incomplete.
2.3 About Rocket
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. For deposits or withdrawals made through Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank's own terms and conditions may also apply.
2.4 Fraud & Security
If any suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unethical financial activity arises, ek996 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and withhold funds. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New account holders at ek996 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
3.2 Bonus Abuse
ek996 follows a strict policy on bonus abuse. Bonuses may be cancelled and accounts suspended in the following cases:
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts.
- Placing bets in a risk-free manner to meet bonus terms (edge betting or arbitrage).
- Attempting to earn bonuses by providing false information.
3.3 Bonus Expiry

VIP Program & Cashback Policy
4.1 VIP Tiers
ek996 has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP tier advancement depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. ek996 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.
4.2 Cashback Payment
Cashback is added to the user's account each week. The cashback amount is determined based on the net loss from the previous week. The account must be active to receive cashback.
